A New Season of Delights

Wow!! Busy Summer. Food Crawls with my son, sister, and nephew. Such delightful treats. Tomato Palooza with my sisters. Relaxation at Warm Spring Spa with my sisters. My first visit to Buc-ee's (I think once is enough!) Playing Pinball in an arcade. (YES!! I LOVE PINBALL!!)

The garden was incredibly abundant this Summer, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Jalapeño, Habanero, Poblano, and Cubanelle peppers, abound. Cleaning my entire kitchen from top to bottom (not so fun!) Reading and testing recipes, and a bit of down time.

Xitrous is up and running for the new Fall, Winter, and Spring season.

New items for sale, ie. British Shortbread, Garlic Knots.

Four Classes: Power of Puff Pastry, Make Potato Gnocchi, Make Your Own Pizzas, and Make Traditional Italian Meatballs.

I’m so excited for all the flavors of the upcoming season.
