Sourdough Focaccia
Focaccia is a fluffy bread in the style of a pizza dough, usually baked with a variety of Mediterranean toppings adorning its surface.
My version is made with a sourdough base, which provides a delicious tang that is complemented by extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and herbs grown in my own garden.
These single serving focaccia are amazing. They’re just the right size to satisfy your craving for flavorful bread that is soft and zesty.
The Traditional Roman Focaccia flavor = Rosemary, Garlic, Maldon Finishing Salt Flakes and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

PICKUP AND DELIVERY: Goods will be available to pickup from Xitrous from 10-12 Saturday morning so that they are fresh.
This is a small flat fee for delivery within the local Leesburg area and surrounding areas (Hamilton, Purcellville, Ashburn, Sterling ONLY). Deliveries will be made Saturday afternoons (unless otherwise specified). If you’re interested, please add “Local Delivery” to your cart as well!
